Yes — Foamhound connects via quick-connector to most standard UK garden hoses and compatible tap threads (1/2 inch and 3/4 inch BSP) straight out of the box. Not sure about your fitting? Get in touch before ordering.

What is included in the box?

The Foam Wash Gun with built-in soap reservoir and quick-connector fitting. A garden hose is not included — it attaches to the hose or tap you already have.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. UK delivery takes 2–7 business days; Europe and the rest of the world take 7–10 business days. Shipping is a flat £2.50, and free on orders over £21.99.

What is the returns policy?

14 days from delivery. If you're not happy for any reason, get in touch and we'll sort it — no awkward process.

Will it work on big or long-haired dogs?

Yes. The Jet and Shower settings work through thick double coats, and the foam reservoir helps shampoo reach the skin rather than sitting on top of the fur. The Mist setting is gentle enough for puppies or sensitive skin.

Can I use any shampoo in it?

Yes — the reservoir works with any standard liquid dog shampoo. Avoid very thick gel-based formulas, as these can affect the foam output.
