Shipping policy
All Foamhound orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping is a flat £2.50, and delivery is free on orders over £21.99.
Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days from dispatch
- Europe: 7–10 business days from dispatch
- USA & Rest of World: 7–10 business days from dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control aren't within our reach to fix, but we'll always help however we can if something goes wrong.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. You can also check progress on our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Import Charges
For orders outside the UK, your country may apply import duties or taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order total or our shipping charge.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a parcel once it's dispatched, and re-shipping to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first, then contact us at help@foamhound.shop and we'll investigate with the courier.
