Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Foamhound purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

How to Return

Email us at help@foamhound.shop within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we will send you return instructions.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged through misuse.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
